Description
Custom window stickers, printed on clear static-cling PVC vinyl
Custom window stickers printed in the UK on 170-micron clear PVC that clings by static alone - no adhesive, no residue. Reverse-printed in mirror image to read from outside the glass, full colour, any size or shape.
Our printed window stickers hold on using static cling rather than glue, so they press flat onto clean glass and smooth metal and stay put for years, yet lift away in seconds with nothing left behind. Reposition them as often as you like without losing grip.
Because the clear PVC is reverse-printed in mirror image, you fit the sticker inside the glass with the blank side facing out and your artwork reads correctly to people on the street. That keeps the print protected from rain, hands and cleaning, ideal for shopfronts and car windows.
Add opening hours, promotions, branding or a car park permit in full colour, and we cut each one to your exact size and shape. Order a single sticker or a run of hundreds, design online or upload print-ready artwork, and request a free sample first if you want to test the material.
No-glue static cling
Holds on smooth glass and metal by static alone, so window stickers reposition freely and peel off clean with no sticky residue.
Reads from outside
Reverse-printed in mirror image on clear PVC, so applied inside the glass your artwork faces out and reads the right way round.
Built to last
Tough 170-micron clear PVC rated roughly two years outdoors and up to five years inside, through frost, damp and summer heat.
Any size or shape
Rectangle, circle, oval or a custom die-cut cut to your measurements, printed full colour in a glossy finish, from one upwards.

By approving your proof you accept the following. Colour is reproduced as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed to match your screen, a printed sample or a previous order exactly. Differences between rich (full-colour) black and single black, colours sitting near the edge of the CMYK gamut, fine tints and slight variation between materials, finishes and print batches are a normal part of the printing process and may not be visible on your on-screen proof. These are considered within standard commercial print tolerance and are not classed as a fault. Where any question of print quality arises, StickyThings is the final arbiter of whether a job has printed correctly.
Frequently asked questions
How do window stickers stay on without adhesive?
They use static cling. The 170-micron clear PVC grips clean glass and smooth metals by static attraction alone, so there is no glue and no residue. A light mist of water helps you slide out air bubbles and settle the sticker for a long, flat hold.
Why are they printed in mirror image?
So they read correctly when applied inside the glass. We reverse-print on the back of the clear PVC, you stick the unprinted side to the inside of the window, and your artwork faces outward the right way round while the print stays protected from the weather.
Can I use them on the outside of the glass?
Both sides of the material cling, so you can, but we recommend the inside so the print is shielded from rain and cleaning. Fitted inside, expect up to five years of service; outside, around two years. If you need a permanent stick-down option, look at our clear waterproof labels instead.
Will they leave marks or come off in the cold?
No marks - static cling lifts away cleanly whenever you want. The PVC handles service temperatures from -20°C up to +50°C, though for a first application we advise fitting at 10°C or above so the material sits flat against the glass.
Can I order custom sizes, shapes and just one?
Yes. Enter any width and height, or supply a vector cutter guide for a bespoke shape, and we cut each window sticker to match. There is no minimum - order a single sticker or several hundred, supplied on sheets or individually.
How quickly will I get my window stickers?
Once you approve the PDF proof we email you, we get straight to print. For our current production and delivery times, please see our turnaround and delivery page.
