Description
Custom equipment labels & asset stickers, printed on durable vinyl
Hard-wearing custom equipment labels printed in the UK on 100-micron white vinyl with a high-tack permanent adhesive - full-colour logos, ratings and sequential serial numbers, in any size or shape, from a single label upwards.
Our printed equipment labels are made from proper self-adhesive vinyl, not paper, so they stand up to daily handling, moisture, oil and cleaning. Printed with waterproof eco-solvent inks, they stay readable on tools, machinery, electricals and safety kit both indoors and out.
Add your logo, asset tags, PAT test details, rating plates or sequential numbering in full colour, and we print it all onto durable vinyl cut to your exact measurements. Clear, permanent labelling helps you track location, condition and ownership - handy for audits, health and safety, and insurance claims.
The high-tack adhesive is designed to grip low-energy and awkward surfaces like rough metal, powder-coated casings, plastics and wood, where a standard label would lift. Design yours online or upload print-ready artwork, and order a free sample first if you want to test the material.

By approving your proof you accept the following. Colour is reproduced as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed to match your screen, a printed sample or a previous order exactly. Differences between rich (full-colour) black and single black, colours sitting near the edge of the CMYK gamut, fine tints and slight variation between materials, finishes and print batches are a normal part of the printing process and may not be visible on your on-screen proof. These are considered within standard commercial print tolerance and are not classed as a fault. Where any question of print quality arises, StickyThings is the final arbiter of whether a job has printed correctly.
Frequently asked questions
What material are equipment labels printed on?
They’re printed on 100-micron white vinyl with a high-tack permanent adhesive. The vinyl and the eco-solvent inks are waterproof and offer scratch and UV resistance, so labels hold up to handling, moisture and regular cleaning.
Will they stick to rough or awkward surfaces?
Yes. The high-tack adhesive is made for low-energy and textured surfaces such as rough metal, powder-coated casings, plastics and wood, where a standard label often lifts at the edges. If you are unsure, order a free sample and test it first.
Can I add serial numbers, barcodes or a logo?
You can. We print sequential numbering, barcodes, asset tags, logos, ratings and safety text in full colour, so each label in your run can carry unique information for tracking and audits.
Are they suitable for outdoor and industrial use?
They are. The material carries around three years of external weathering, a service temperature from -5 to +100 degrees C, and resistance to oils, fuels and mild chemicals. It’s also REACH and RoHS compliant and self-extinguishing.
What is the minimum order?
Just one. Order a single equipment label or several thousand, mix different designs in one print run, and the price per label drops as your quantity grows.
How quickly will I get my equipment labels?
Once you approve your PDF proof we get straight to print. For our current production and delivery times, please see our turnaround and delivery page.
