Our printed café labels give you clean, accurate ingredient, allergen and date labels that look the part on jars, takeaway cups, cake boxes and deli counters.
Each label is made from an uncoated, wood-free 70gsm paper with excellent whiteness, opacity and smoothness, so full-colour artwork prints crisply and brand colours stay true. The bright white surface also takes ballpoint pen, which is handy for batch numbers, use-by dates and daily specials.
There’s no minimum order and no set-up charge - order a single sheet or several thousand labels, split multiple designs across one print run at no extra cost, and either design online or upload your own print-ready artwork. Free logo samples let you check the material before you commit.

By approving your proof you accept the following. Colour is reproduced as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed to match your screen, a printed sample or a previous order exactly. Differences between rich (full-colour) black and single black, colours sitting near the edge of the CMYK gamut, fine tints and slight variation between materials, finishes and print batches are a normal part of the printing process and may not be visible on your on-screen proof. These are considered within standard commercial print tolerance and are not classed as a fault. Where any question of print quality arises, StickyThings is the final arbiter of whether a job has printed correctly.
Frequently asked questions
Are these café labels food-safe?
Yes. The paper and adhesive are approved for direct food contact with dry and moist non-fatty foods, and conform to EN71-3 (Toy Safety) and the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations. The paper is pH-neutral, acid-free and wood-free.
Can I put custom ingredient and allergen text on them?
Absolutely. Design online or upload your own print-ready artwork with your ingredients, allergens, batch numbers and dates. The bright white surface also takes ballpoint pen, so you can add use-by dates or specials by hand after printing.
What’s the difference between permanent and removable adhesive?
Permanent is a strong, long-term bond for labelling products and packaging. Removable peels away cleanly for short-term use on smooth surfaces (up to around six months) without leaving residue - it isn’t strong enough for sealing or long-term product labelling.
Can I have several designs in one order?
Yes. Choose how many designs you need and we’ll split the quantity evenly across them at no extra charge. If you want more of one design than another, simply duplicate it in your files or on the online designer.
Can I try the material before ordering?
We recommend it. Order free samples printed with our logo to test the adhesive, material finish and print quality, or place a minimum order of a single label for a hard-copy sample of your own design.
