Description
Custom cosmetic labels & stickers, printed on waterproof vinyl
Waterproof custom cosmetic labels printed in the UK on 70-micron self-adhesive vinyl, supplied on easy-peel sheets in clear, white or metallic finishes. Full-colour print, any size or shape, from a single label upwards.
Made for the beauty trade, our printed cosmetic labels are cut from a proper self-adhesive PVC vinyl rather than paper, so they resist the water, oil and daily handling that come with balms, oils, moisturisers, lotions, soaps and hand creams. The permanent acrylic adhesive grips nearly all cosmetic containers, from glass dropper bottles to plastic jars and tubes.
Pick the look that suits your brand: crisp white vinyl for bold colour, clear vinyl for a no-label glass effect, or a metallic finish for something more premium. Everything prints in full colour, and clear stock can carry a white under-base ink so your artwork stays vivid rather than see-through.
There’s no minimum order, so you can start a single test batch or run several thousand. Labels are digitally kiss-cut to your exact size and shape and delivered on easy-peel sheets, ready for your next batch of products. Design online or upload print-ready artwork, and order a free sample first if you want to check the material against your packaging.

By approving your proof you accept the following. Colour is reproduced as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed to match your screen, a printed sample or a previous order exactly. Differences between rich (full-colour) black and single black, colours sitting near the edge of the CMYK gamut, fine tints and slight variation between materials, finishes and print batches are a normal part of the printing process and may not be visible on your on-screen proof. These are considered within standard commercial print tolerance and are not classed as a fault. Where any question of print quality arises, StickyThings is the final arbiter of whether a job has printed correctly.
Frequently asked questions
Are cosmetic labels waterproof and oil resistant?
Yes. Printed on vinyl rather than paper, they resist water, mineral oils, fats and mild soaps, so they hold up to creams, lotions and bathroom use without peeling or smudging under normal handling.
Should I choose clear, white or metallic labels?
White vinyl gives the brightest, most opaque colour; clear vinyl creates a no-label glass effect and can be printed with a white under-base so your design stays solid; metallic adds a premium shine. If you are unsure, order a free sample to test against your container first.
Will the labels stick to my bottles and jars?
The permanent acrylic adhesive bonds to nearly all cosmetic containers, including glass, PET and HDPE plastics used across the beauty industry. It is not designed for repositioning, so line labels up carefully as you apply them.
Will the print survive alcohol or acetone in my products?
Standard print resists oils, fats and mild soaps, but strong solvents such as acetone and high-alcohol formulas can spoil the ink. If your product or nearby products contain these, choose our laminated labels for extra protection.
Can I order custom shapes and sizes with no minimum?
Yes. Enter any width and height, or supply a vector cutter guide for a bespoke die-cut, and we digitally kiss-cut to match. There is no minimum order - start with a single label or run several thousand.
How quickly will I get my cosmetic labels?
Once you approve your PDF proof we get straight to print, with orders sent via DPD. For our current production and delivery times, please see our turnaround and delivery page.
