Resin domed labels start life as a full-colour vinyl print, then a tough polyurethane resin is vacuum-mixed and applied in volume-controlled droplets that settle into a smooth, glass-like dome. Baked hard over 24 hours, the result is a raised badge that catches the light and adds real weight to a brand.
Printed with eco-solvent inks on 100-micron PVC and topped with a UV-stable resin, these domed stickers are properly durable - waterproof, wipe-clean and rated for around three years of outdoor weathering. They are ideal for high-value products where a flat printed label would look a little flat.
Pick your finish and adhesive to suit the job: glossy white comes with permanent, extra-permanent or removable adhesive, while metallic and clear domed labels use a permanent bond. Extra-permanent suits low-energy surfaces such as ABS plastics and powder-coated metals. One design per order, applied to flat surfaces only.

Differences between rich (full-colour) black and single black, colours sitting near the edge of the CMYK gamut, fine tints and slight variation between materials, finishes and print batches are a normal part of the printing process and may not be visible on your on-screen proof. These are considered within standard commercial print tolerance and are not classed as a fault. What are resin domed labels?

Are domed labels waterproof and durable?

Which adhesive should I choose?
Glossy white labels come with permanent, extra-permanent or removable adhesive. Metallic and clear labels use a permanent adhesive only. Extra-permanent is best for low-energy surfaces such as ABS plastics and powder-coated metals. If you are unsure, order a free sample to test first.
Can domed labels be applied to curved surfaces?
No. The cured resin dome is firm rather than flexible, so these labels should only be applied to flat surfaces. For curved or contoured products, a standard printed vinyl or laminated label is the better choice.
Can I order more than one design?
We can only print one design per order for resin domed labels because each batch of resin is mixed and applied to a single run. If you need several designs, simply place a separate order for each one.
How quickly will I get my domed labels?
